Requirements for using Payentry Online

The following software is required in order to use this program. To download the latest version, please click the relevant icon.

Web Browser

A recent version of the following web browsers are required and it must support all major web standards. Browsers that have been tested and are freely available include:

NOTE: This program requires that Cookies and JavaScript be enabled in the web browser.

PDF Viewer

The Portable Document Format (PDF) file format is used by the reporting sections of the program. PDF allows the highest quality layout and fonts to be used by the reports. PDF Viewers that have been tested and are freely available include:
Adobe Acrobat Reader

Adobe Acrobat Reader v7.0 or higher
Acrobat Reader is available for Windows, Macintosh, and many Unix platforms.

Secure Document Manager

Secure Document ManagerThe Secure Document Manager program is used to print checks and other secure documents created online. These may be manual checks or payroll checks, depending on the services configured for the company. If checks are not being printed through the system, the Secure Document Manager program is not needed.

Secure Document Manager is available only for Windows.

Downloading & Installing the Secure Document Manager

Secure Document Manager

The Secure Document Manager program is used to download and print secure documents (such as checks) from a web site. The program only needs to be downloaded once, and can then be used to download secure documents whenever a web site creates them.

Note: The Secure Document Manager is currently only available for Windows.

Follow the directions below to download and install the Secure Document Manager.

1. Start the download

Click the link below to begin the download:

2. Choose to Run the program

When the File Download dialog appears, select "Run this program from its current location" and click OK.

3. Accept the Security Warning

When the Security Warning dialog appears, click Yes to accept the program.

4. Install the program

When the Install Secure Document Manager dialog appears, click OK to install the program.
