| To comply with the Wage Theft Protection Act for New York, the pay
stub has been modified to include the company telephone number. |

Register, Box 7 Gross Amount Earned now includes earnings
without charged dates. |

Charged earnings that have a date prior to the first day of the pay
period will be included in the lower portion of the Gross Amount Earned
(box 7) if and only if the report is run starting with the first day of
the pay period.
Earnings entered for the pay period that do not have a specific date
associated with them will be included in the lower portion of the Gross
Amount Earned (box 7) if and only if the report ends on the last day of
the pay period.
IMPORTANT: The report will include the aforementioned earnings ONLY IF
you MATCH the beginning and ending dates of the report date range to the
pay period's start and end dates. If you do not match the dates, the
earnings will not be included. |
