| Process Server logging updated
to use the Windows Event Log. |

Logging that previously was written to the "processserver.log"
file in the installation directory has been changed to write to the
Windows Application Event Log.
Entries in the Application Event Log will have a Source of
"Millennium" and will record Information, Warnings, and Errors from
the process server application |

Miscellaneous tab updated. |

| The user will now be warned when they attempt to change an
employee's tax form after the employee has federal taxable earnings
recorded for the year at the time of the change. |
